Spring Cleaning means you probably have a trunk full of things to donate. We put together a list for our locals of where to donate clothes in the Houston area!

Charity Guild Shop

All apparel must be cleaned and on hangers.

-What they accept: Clean apparel in good condition, shoes, purses, belts, ties, scarves in pristine condition and clean.

The Cottage Shop

Donation drop-off hours: Thursday-Friday 10:00 AM – 2:00PM

All clothing must be laundered or dry cleaned.

–What they accept: All types and sizes of new or gently used clothing, shoes and accessories. 

Dress for Success

All professional attire must be clean and on hangers.

-What they accept: Professional attire and suits, closed-toe shoes, professional handbags, hosiery, professional scarves.

Arms of Hope

The Giving Gown Foundation

What they accept: Prom, cocktail, formal gowns and dresses.

Society of
St. Vincent de Paul

Schedule a pick-up or visit a drop-off location.
Location #1: 5236 Cedar St., Bellaire, TX 77401
Drive-through donations can be dropped off in blue donation bins using the entrance on Ferris St. between 10:00am-3:30pm.

Location #2: 6654 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77087
Can drop donations off using the warehouse back entrance.
Tuesday-Friday: 8am-3:30pm, Saturdays: 12pm-3:30pm 

What they accept: Gently used, clean, clothing in all sizes.

Salvation Army 

Schedule a pickup or drop-off at one of their many locations around Houston.

–What they accept: Gently used or new men, women, and children clothing.

Goodwill

There are many donation centers around Houston where you can drop-off your items. Use their location finder to find the one near you.
